Natural Elegance

I apologize for the delay in the postings. It's been a crazy year. We've had a very busy month full of weddings. And I also welcomed a new addition into my family, Adelle Reece in March, so I apologize for the delay in postings.

We were recently able to help out a wonderful couple with their flowers and decorating at Willow Harbor Vineyards in Three Oaks, MI. Contact us for a free consultation on how we can help you out. We offer packages (all inclusive, day of and in between), decorating services, rentals and more. Check out some pictures from the big day below.

We had a lot of fun setting up the escort table. Florals by New Fusion Events.

The "gift book" table. Guests were asked to sign the Z for the couple. Family wedding photos from past generations were placed around the table as well.

The cake table: New Fusion can help you with your design from simple to ornate (the cake hadn't arrived yet in this  close up picture). The head table is in the background.

A view of the gift table. Small frames were placed along one side of the table with cute quotes and phrases the couple love so that the table wasn't empty at any point.

A view of the low centerpieces in custom wine boxes with the table number set beside it. Hydrangea and honeysuckle vine are inside the box.

The bride and groom put together these adorable Tic-Tacs for their guests and we placed them at the bars.

The cocktail tables outside the tent had Babies Breath placed on them with circular burlap runners on them to help tie in the theme.

A view of the escort cards that the bride and groom assembled, too cute. New Fusion was happy to be a part of the couples big day. We had fun decorating and helping with their floral design. Contact us to find out how we can help you!

A big affair at Century Center!

This past fall we worked with a wonderful couple in planning their wedding at Century Center in South Bend. The bride, Carrie, had a clear vision and we were happy to work with her in making it happen. New Fusion Events also enjoyed designing all of the florals for the event as well.

A view from the grand staircase of the event.

A closer view of the table. The tall centerpieces, designed by NFE, were manzanita branches with orchids attached.

The lower arrangements were roses with leaves inside to give added dimension.

The ceremony was held in the tent on the island outside Century Center. The Chuppah florals were designed by NFE and we worked with Pro Show on the draping design.

A Mid September Wedding

With today's post I wanted to try something different. I created an inspiration board of the wedding we helped to coordinate and decorate in September at Willow Harbor Vineyards in Three Oaks, MI. There are many wonderful details so I included a peek at all of my favorites on the board below.
The bride wanted to go very neutral, including only light greens, creams and ginger. The bride and groom were both big in music and bands. The couple saved tickets from the concerts they attended and table numbers were actually albums with tickets from the concerts the couple attended inside. The escort cards were also made to look like concert tickets and a big hit with the guests. The arrangements were Hydrangea and Curly Willow in alternating short and tall centerpieces. The couple also included a picture frame with an explanation of how their dog played a part in their lives and their engagement. It was a another wonderful personal touch that was incorporated into the reception. We loved being a part of the couples day and enjoyed getting the couples vision pulled together into a spectacular wedding.

Emily & Rich Vintage Vineyard Wedding

I have had a busy fall/winter after the wedding season and have been behind in updating the blog. I am going to try to play catch up over the next couple of weeks or less. At the end of August we had the pleasure of working with Emily and her fiancee Rich on coordinating their wedding and helping them to execute their vision. New Fusion Events was hired to not only coordinate their wedding day but to also help with lanterns, flowers and set up. Emily is a wonderful and creative young women who knew exactly what she wanted and how she wanted it and we were happy to help in executing her vision.

A view of the candy favor table for guests to partake in. Vintage candies were a big hit with guests and brought fond memories of their childhoods back.

The tent was decorated with lanterns in orange and purple as well as grapevine balls provided by Emily. Manzanita branches were also placed on the poles surrounding the dance floor.

Emily and Rich spend many months collecting unique vases, vessels, books and miscellaneous items. New Fusion was able to work with Emily on providing flowers that she loved and that looked wonderful in the containers that were provided. New Fusion was able to provide our services to arrange the items provided into a wonderful and tasteful centerpiece for each of the tables.

New Fusion provided the beautiful bouquets for the wedding that included flowers such as roses, eucalyptus and hydrangea.
